The Time Co. Quartz Cuckoo clock Style #6323, circa early 21st. c.
This is a "modern" quartz cuckoo clock. Powered by 2 D-cell batteries. it strikes the hour and the bird comes out, sings and flaps wings and goes back in. There is a volume switch and automatic night cutoff. It is missing the back cover and two non-functional decorative chains and weights. It is almost surely Chinese. I believe several makers sold clocks under The Time Co brand name. I have been told that this clock was likely made by the Jinjiang Guanghua Electronic Clock & Watch Co., in Jinjiang City, but I have not been able to verify the maker.
The clock was donated to a church yard sale and came to me to be repaired. The only problem was apparently two dead batteries. The nonfunctioning weights and back cover are lost. The clock was returned to the church after replacing the batteries and will be sold in a future church yard sale.
Not for sale (returned to owner)
