Customized Seth Thomas Gothic mantel clock, circa 1928
This unidentified Seth Thomas mantel clock has a Seth Thomas 89-C 8-day brass
movement with gong strike on the hour and bell on the half-hour. The clock appears
to have been painted and decorated by someone and the clock's owner very much
wanted to keep it that way. I have not been able to determine the model name. The
clock was serviced and returned to the owner with the custom decorations
undisturbed.
