Incomplete New Haven "Osage" Oak Shelf Clock. Circa
1885
This is an 8-day New Haven Osage time & strike shelf clock with alarm. The
case is missing part of the crown, the two finials, and a couple little
'buttons'. The second picture simulates how it might look with all its
parts. The movement required quite a few bushings, which is typical for a clock
this age, and a few other minor repairs. It was returned to the owner in working
order. What a shame that important parts of the case are missing.
Not for sale
(returned to owner after service)
