Large Korean Reproduction Rococo Wall Regulator Clock c. modern
The one thing that's most impressive about this clock is its size and weight.
It is large and impressive but obviously a modern reproduction. The movement is a
typical Korean spring powered time and strike movement setup for a long pendulum.
The clock case is heavy and solid while the movement is unmarked and less robust.
After cleaning and minor repair work the clock is running and keeping surprisingly
good time. The design is a bit over the top for my liking but the owner does
appreciate it even if it is a modern reproduction.
